Services

Submittal Drawings

Drawings are created using SprinkCad, AutoCAD based computer program. All submittal drawings are designed to meet all state and local codes and NFPA 13 requirements.

Product Submittals

Product submittals can be created in an electronic .pdf file to be printed as needed, or hard copies can be provided. Product submittals will be created based on individual job specifications.

Hydrant Flow Tests

I can arrange and perform hydrant flow tests with any water department, and produce a flow test summary report.

Hydraulic Calculations

All hydraulic calculations are performed using HASS computer based program.

NICET/P.E. Stamp

I am NICET certified. I am affiliated with a NICET certified Level IV Sprinkler Layout and Level I Special Hazards senior design technician and Professional Engineers registered in multiple states.

Field Surveys

Field surveys can be performed for the submittal process to layout existing buildings when AutoCAD files are not available. Field surveys can also be performed when as-built drawings are not available for existing sprinkler systems. Field surveys will always be performed prior to creating stocklists to ensure ease of installation.

Coordination

I can coordinate the fire sprinkler system with other trades and the building structure using AutoCAD. This allows me to address conflicts on the computer before they arise in the field.

Meetings

With prior notification I am available to attend any coordination / job meeting.

Stocklists

After the project has been coordinated with other trades and field surveyed a stocklist will be created using SprinkCad.

Installation drawings

Installation drawings will be provided in a timely manner prior to pipe arriving on site. For clarity in the field I always provide a set of installation drawings with a scale of ¼”=1’-0”.

As-built drawings

Once the system is installed and any “red lined” drawings are completed, as-built drawings will be provided. As-built drawings can also be provided for any existing sprinkler system.
